Today is the first day, we don't walk longer day and we don't climb much. Low altitude and if sunny day we will feel little humid. All the way well steps which is made by local people and Annapurna conservation project. Crops terrace, paddy and green enough because of low altitude today in this October/November.
Today we have climb very well made up stapes from Tikhedhunga to Ulleri. Hope, we will feel harder in the beginning but because of the morning walk, we can do very easily. This town calls blue roof town of
Magar ethnicity. Every house roof made of blue tin roof and Hotels are looking modern. This is the place, where we could see Mountain views from your bedroom
window. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna south and other peaks always appear in your
eyes until to sleep.
Early in the morning ascend Poonhill (3200m) for the beautiful sunrise and breakfast spectacular views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchhre ranges, before proceeding to Tadapani (2700m) – 5 ½ hours.
The poon Hill (3200m): The view from Ghorepani and Poon Hill above is one of the best on the circuit. The Himalayan chain between Dhauligiri and Manaslu can be clearly seen. Many people ascend Poon Hill in the morning before breakfast to get a good view of the mountains and Sunrise.
However, the view of Machhupuchhare is disappointing in the morning as the sun rises behind it. The view of Dhaulagiri with the rising sun shining on it is magnificent. On a clear evening, the view of Machhupuchhare from here would be magnificent.
We have today all the Rhododendrons forest and some parts are pine trees. We have to climb in the beginning shortly and rest of we have slow gradual till to Tadapani. Tadapani is the town where you will explore between of thick forest and sometimes we can see long tail Monkey around our door. To see the South Annapurna and Himchuli it is the place where we can see very closely.
In the beginning, we have to walk inside the forest but the trail goes down. Local village and the narrow trail makes little uncomfortable but looks very great sceneries down part of Kimrong Khola. Its looks great naturally beautiful canyon of Annapurna region.
To get Chhomrong from Tadapani takes around 4 hrs only. But, it takes more time including our lunch break and explores more time beautiful and natural beauty with local villages. Then get big traditional Gurung village Chhomrong with brilliant views of in front of South Annapurna and Hiuchuli Himalayas views. This will be the great place to spend the night with fantastic views before head up to Annapurna Base Camp.
Today we have to walk very banks of Modi River and most of the trail little muddy and jungle way. There are some of towns Bamboo, Dovan and will break for our Lunch. We can see so many differences of spices and waterfalls.
Time to time will follow by fishtail views and huge waterfalls from the Hiuchuli peak. Possibly we can see many wild dear, Monkeys and so many butterflies along the trail. Deurali is the first destination to the over 3 thousand miter altitude so will feel little different feel to the temperature for next day.
We will feel totally different today because we are going to enter the Base Camp area from out of tree label altitude. MBC and ABC have over four thousand altitudes and will feel chilly all the time with cool breathing. Around every side will see full ice Mountain (Fishtail, Gangapurna, Annapurna, Hiuchuli etc). It will be the last destination for your journey. We will see very clear Sunrise and Sunset views from the MBC/ABC.
Today is the very important day to catch the memorable Sunrise views from the ABC. We have to wake up early in the morning. Immediately we will climb little up to glaciers area and can view all the Mountain with Sunrise. We will take just our Camera bag with down Jackets only. We will hank around the top of Hill for the few hrs to catch pictures. Then will back down to Hotel and will have breakfast and then after finished bag pack will start to walk down to Sinuwa.
Will take little longer walk down but we will forget every pain after getting culture dance with the local women group at Sinuwa. Sinuwa village is such village very popular for Gurung women culture programme. Every peak season gathers all women groups and performs their culture evidence by songs and dance. They come to request little money as the donation for women groups but, they use very diversity porpoise those collections for community development (Trail maintain, water pipe, health etc).
It is place where you can see natural hot spring. You can enjoy with hot bath in hot pool.

-Flight booking conditions:
Nepal 's Domestic airlines are always tight in major tourist destinations like Lukla, Jomsom, Phaplu, Dolpa, and Jumla in peak tourist seasons. The passengers start to book their flight from June July, August for the autumn season treks, We feel sorry for your inconvenience, there are not any facilities to book the domestic flight from your home country except Royal Nepal Airlines just for Pokhara either, because most of the domestic airlines are operated by private sector who still do not have International flight connection due to the lack of aeroplane and property except Necon air. So that you have to book your flight through Travel Agency located in Nepal or by we kind of Trekking Crews. Anyway, I will book your flight as soon as you give me confirmation of your trip with me.
-Accommodation in hotel lodges
Nepal’s Accommodation in trekking areas is slowly moving to mini urbanization process. Wherever you go, the National Parks and Conservation Projects are working to enhance the living standard compared to the clean and hygienic society. So everywhere you will see breaking the rocks to build the new buildings and cemented to make clean. You will find cottage types of lodges with separate and dormitory beds rooms in every shelter with improving toilets, hot shower and sunroom with clean and wooden dining table with the big metal chimney on the middle of Dining Room to have the fire while in the evening burning fallen woods below 3500m. and the Yak Dungs over 3500m.
There have been many changes along popular trekking routes over the past few years, especially since the barrage of bestsellers about the 1996 Everest drama, which caused a renewed interest, especially in the Solu Khumbu region. Since then many new lodges have been built along all trekking paths, offering a variety of amenities.
Generally, the lodges in the trekking region are more basic. Rooms tend to be small, unheated wooden boxes with two beds, and only the more upscale versions offer electric lights fed by solar panels. Toilets are often squat-style wooden outhouses. Toilet paper is available for purchase everywhere.
-3 times meals BF, LN, DN in same lodges every day.
All our meals will be at teahouses and, although the food is usually plentiful and delicious, you should be aware that the menu is not normally extensive.
However, the menus in all lodges offer a surprising variety of foods. Most lodge owners have learned about western food preferences and offer items such as pizza, lasagna, muesli, sandwiches and even burgers. If you wish, we provide you with an opportunity to watch a lodge kitchen in action, producing an enormous number and variety of meals on a single wood-burning stove. You will definitely gain an appreciation for the effort that goes into satisfying the appetites of tourists from all over the world. But keep in mind that a lot of the ingredients for such "exotic" foods have to be carried on porters’ backs, and the further you get from original food supplies, the higher the price tag will be on some of these items.
We, Nepalese eat a meal of Dhal Bhaat (rice with lentil soup, curry, and pickles) twice daily. The ingredients vary according to local and seasonal availability, but vegetarian options are the norm. Another cheap popular local dish is the ubiquitous instant noodle soup, enhanced by local vegetables, or meat or egg, depending on availability. Eating Nepali-style will provide you with a truly local experience, guarantees fresh ingredients everywhere, and rules out disappointments. Let’s face it: Lasagna Himalaya-style will not be the true Italian version you may be accustomed to.
The Kitchens staffs you will find are trained for cooking, and guest relation, The foods will be served with according to the Lodge Management Committee approved Menu system providing Nepalese, Indian, Chinese and Continental western foods. Beers, Whisky western and Nepalese, Snickers, Mar Bars, Coca-Cola, Mineral water, Cereals and many others essentials foods will be available in every lodge. And do not forget of Garlic and RARA noodles soups will make you smelly going up to avoid high altitude sickness. For a quick fix: Tea is available everywhere and Nepali biscuits are cheap, delicious and provide a great energy boost for long uphill climbs.
Most teahouses offer a variety of rice and noodle dishes, as well as soup and seasonal vegetables. A variety of cereals, bread and egg dishes are generally available for breakfast. There will also be plenty of snacks available such as biscuits, chocolate, and soft drinks and in some areas, you will find fresh fruit in season.

High Altitude Sickness:
When trekking or climbing above 3000m/10,000ft it is important to take into account the effect of altitude on your body. The thinner air affects you in many ways and if you go high too fast you can kill yourself as we have seen on this year one of 53 years old Indian and 57 years Russian citizens from Pune and Moscow died suddenly in Namche as soon as they arrived.
Rescue? if in case?
I trek with limited distance every day so that my every client can take advantage of being in the Himalaya, However, Some time suddenly or Just in case of your usual disease or other accidental causes may need you to get rescued from Himalaya. So at that duration you will be fully responsible to pay the Helicopter charges as soon as you arrive in Kathmandu by yourself or asking amount from your home country or with the response from related Embassy in Kathmandu, which will be paid back by your Insurance company in your country after claiming your paid in Nepal amount with the help of Doctors certificates, Airlines Certificates and other documents given from authorized Person like Guide, Local Govt. Member or People of related fields where you get sick.
Climate:
Nepal has four distinct seasons. Spring, from March to May, is warm and dusty with rain showers. Summer, from June to August, is the monsoon season when the hills turn lush and green. Autumn, from September to November, is cool with clear skies and is the most popular trekking season. In winter, from December to February, it is cold at night and can be foggy in the early morning, but afternoons are usually clear and pleasant, though there is occasional snow in the mountains.
Because Nepal is quite far south (at the same latitude as Miami and Cairo ) the weather is warmer and winter is much milder at lower elevations, including Kathmandu at 1400 meters. It rarely snows below 2000 meters.
Electricity:
Pokhara, Ghorepani, Chomrong, Sinuwa, Landruk does have hydroelectricity, you can recharge your camera batteries just in those places. After that level, you will need to sleep with candles and Solar battery lights just in the Dining Room during the dinnertime and you cannot recharge the batteries.
Water and Chances of Getting sick:
However Nepal is second richest in the world for water after Brazil, The water here is just 0.3% of total water is pure. Because most of the rivers flow from the glacier and from top to bottom and hilly mountains. As you know people live on the mountain and the animals graze in the pastures and most of the manual flows together. On the other hand, you can buy the mineral water bottle but we feel very sorry to discourage you from not to buy, considering our Environment. But there is an idea, we can purify the water using some Iodine Pills or Purifying drops which can be available in drug stores in Kathmandu. We can use the water after nearly boiled which is safe.
I have a lot of different experience that people get diarrhea, vomiting during the trek because of water and food, so always I take my medication with me which can kill Guardia and bacteria in the Himalaya because sometimes the drugs you bring cannot match with Himalayan Bacteria and Germs. I use locally manufactured drugs with me but If the clients are o.k. I feel very happy.
